INFRASTRUCTURE OF IELTS

There are two versions of the test. Academic module is taken by people who want to study abroad. General module is usually taken by people who want to emigrate or get the permanent residency of other countries. The IELTS have 9 bands score system. It tests the four language skills- listening, reading, writing and speaking. The two modules listening, speaking are same in both general and academic format.
